It’s been a busy summer. I spent time in Santa Fe, Ojo Caliente, Abiquiu and Colorado — I always love being in the Southwest, especially in the summer months. And tomorrow marks the first day of fall, my favorite season 🍂 🍁

This summer was full of beautiful exhibitions and my heart is grateful to everyone who attended and traveled to see me.

I am working on a 6 commissions and a Christmas print drop featuring one of the most loved paintings from my Paloma collection 🕊️ Each print will come with a custom scented oil, created by my friend at Queen Bee Skincare Queen Bee Skincare 🐝 — organic, beautiful and made specifically to accompany the print. I think it’s going to make such a special gift this season.

And more — I’ll also be sketching a limited batch of graphite dove sketches. The first 20 people to order a print will receive both the scent and one of the original sketches. I have a lot to do for you before December.

Keep an eye out for the drop date And if you’re not on my mailing list yet, now’s the time — I only send an email when I have something beautiful to share with you.

For two months in northern New Mexico, back and forth between Abiquiú and Santa Fe, with a stay in Colorado for a show in between. 🌵

Last year I visited Georgia O’Keeffe’s Abiquiú home, not once but twice, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. Her art I already knew. What got me was the woman: how she lived, the home she built around herself, and what it took to do that in her time.

For over a year now, I’ve been painting toward a new collection inspired by her life and the spaces she lived in. It’s called “The Room She Kept”, and it will be released in 2027.

As Above So Below

This painting moved slowly and intuitively, built up in layers of acrylics & graphite the way the phrase itself suggests.

“As above, so below” is an ancient hermetic principle — it holds that the patterns of the greater universe are mirrored in our inner and earthly world. What happens in the heavens reflects in us, and what we cultivate within reflects outward.

Framed beautifully and ready for its new home. 19” x 25”

Just pulled this new Paix sculpture from the kiln and mounted on a sandstone rock from my mother’s garden. I snagged when I was visiting her in Ohio. Mother approved the rock.

This piece is about the invisible threads between what we notice and what grows in our lives.

Attention is a kind of entanglement: whatever you observe closely, you start to shape — and it starts to shape you.

So today’s reminder: be intentional about what you let onto your radar. Not everything deserves your focus. Not every signal is worth tuning into.

Protect your attention like it’s sacred — because it is. What you feed, expands. What you starve, fades.
