ElectBarnett

We don't just teach Scripture — we train lives to walk it out.

For 50 days we're committing to formation, not perfection. Renewed strength for the journey — one day at a time.

So pause and ask yourself: What is God shaping in me right now?

To God be the glory for all that has been accomplished during this journey.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Rev. Amina McIntyre on her election as General Secretary of Christian Education and Formation. I pray that God will grant her wisdom, strength, vision, and an abundant measure of grace as she assumes this important leadership role. May the work of Christian Education and Formation continue to flourish as disciples are nurtured, equipped, and empowered for faithful service in the Kingdom of God.

I am deeply grateful to my family, whose love, encouragement, sacrifices, and prayers sustained me throughout this campaign. Thank you to every sponsor, volunteer, supporter, pastor, delegate, and friend who believed in the vision, shared your time and resources, offered words of encouragement, and faithfully prayed on my behalf. Your support has been both humbling and inspiring.

While the outcome was not what we had hoped for, I remain confident that God orders our steps and directs our paths according to His divine purpose. I am thankful for every conversation, every connection, and every opportunity to share my passion for Christian Education and Formation across our beloved church.

The work of making disciples, strengthening leaders, and nurturing spiritual growth continues. I remain committed to serving God and His Church wherever He leads.

Thank you for your love, support, and prayers.

To God be all the glory, honor, and praise.
