This home belonged to two wonderful people who have both passed away. Their family was left with the difficult task of deciding what to do next, and they trusted me to help them navigate the process.

The property needed significant work, and along the way we received multiple offers. One contract even fell apart after a contractor determined the home should be torn down. It would have been easy to settle, but we stayed the course.

Instead of giving up, we continued working behind the scenes, strategically marketing the property off-market until we found the right buyer.

Today, we closed for $10,000 more than the highest offer we had previously received.
