Food for thought 💭
I can promise you that no one likes enforcing no show or late policies. Not a single person enjoys having that conversation, or facing conflict rather than avoiding it.
That being said, it really is a matter of consideration and the time allocated by the professional. You’re slot on their books is YOURS - no one else’s, which you ensured by booking and/or putting down a deposit! That means any other potential clients were not able to book that timeframe.
If you late cancel or no show, that’s an hour or more where your beauty service provider cannot take another client (and is oftentimes already at the studio with a gap that could have been filled)
I really do say this with so much love, but beauty providers deserve just as much respect as any other service in any other industry - at the end of the day, they just want to make you to look + feel your best!! 🥹💞
