HEF had the honor of visiting . We were so impressed by the specialized treatment they offer for a wide range of complex mental health disorders. They combine the best therapeutic practices with beautiful settings and the comforts of home. creates such a unique treatment experience for their clients and I we feel so lucky we were able to tour their facility.

is a process that takes time. Even though every day of sobriety is an accomplishment, milestones provide opportunity for others to celebrate with a person in recovery. A person's anniversary can also be called a sober birthday or recovery anniversary. This could be marked by the last day of use, the day after final relapse, or the day the person decided to get help.
