Replanted Ministry
Helping foster and adoptive families heal, grow, and thrive.
Replanted is a national, faith-based organization providing post-placement support to foster and adoptive families by hosting an annual national conference designed to refresh, encourage, and equip foster and adoptive caregivers and by helping local churches and communities create small groups for children and parents to build connection, heal, and grow.

Parenting: where everyone needs you at the exact same time. One child needs a hug. One needs a snack. One needs a therapist-level conversation, and somehow you're only one person. 😅 Same here.

If all you can pray today is, “Lord, help me,” that's enough.
God isn't waiting for polished words or perfect faith. He hears your whispered prayers, spoken in exhaustion, tears, and strained hope.
If your prayers feel small right now, you're not alone.
He sees you. He hears you. And He is still at work.

Have you ever worked incredibly hard to help your child, only to feel like things are getting worse instead of better?
It can be discouraging when you've waited, researched, advocated, scheduled appointments, and invested so much energy, yet progress feels slow... or invisible.
But a setback doesn't mean the work was wasted: slow progress is still progress. And needing more time doesn't mean all your effort has been for nothing.
We've been there, too.

Just a reminder today that struggling doesn't mean you're failing. So many foster, adoptive, and kinship parents are carrying more than most people can see. Some days feel productive and hopeful, and some days feel like you're simply putting one foot in front of the other.
We see you. More importantly, God sees you. There is grace for this season, strength for today, and a community of people who understand the road you're walking. Keep going. You're not carrying this alone.
We're glad you're here.

It will be worth it.

Worth it to be encouraged, equipped, and seen.

You show up every day.
For the appointments, the school meetings, the bedtime struggles, the paperwork, the hard conversations, and the moments no one else sees.
This October, let us show up for you.
A weekend to exhale.
A weekend to learn.
A weekend to laugh.
A weekend to be surrounded by people who simply get it.
Set this time aside now. Future-you will be so glad you did.
The Early Bird rate ends tomorrow at midnight. We’d love to save you a seat.

Sometimes we overlook the small wins because they don’t feel dramatic enough.
But healing often looks exactly like this: kids connecting, families sharing space, laughter that comes easier than it used to, and moments that feel a little lighter than before.
These ordinary moments matter. They’re worth noticing, celebrating, and thanking God for.
