September is National Recovery Month. ๐Ÿ’™

Recovery can mean learning new coping skills, rebuilding relationships, understanding your patterns, setting boundaries, repairing trust, reconnecting with yourself, or simply taking the next step forward.

Most importantly, recovery is possible. With the right support, treatment, and resources, people can build meaningful, connected lives.

This month, we celebrate everyone taking steps toward recovery... including the steps that may not be visible to others.

Weโ€™re grateful to have attended the Campbell Recovery Services luncheon on Friday, with a thoughtful discussion centered around โ€œFailure to Launch.โ€ ๐Ÿ‚

Thank you to Campbell Recovery Services for bringing our community together, and to Patton Sober Living for sponsoring such a meaningful gathering.

It was also wonderful to see Erin connect with Taylor Zebrosky, owner of Highland Village Counseling! We value the relationships that continue to grow across the Dallas-area mental health and recovery community. ๐Ÿ’š

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. ๐Ÿ’™

Su***de prevention is something we can all be part of.

Check in with the people you care about. Listen. Take concerns seriously. Encourage connection and support. And don't be afraid to ask someone directly if they are struggling.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health or su***de crisis, call or text **988** for free, confidential, 24/7 support.

September is National Su***de Prevention Month. ๐Ÿ’™

Su***de prevention starts long before a crisis. It starts with connection, honest conversations, knowing the signs, and creating spaces where people feel safe asking for help.

Sometimes prevention looks like checking in. Sometimes it looks like listening without judgment. Sometimes it means helping someone connect with professional support.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 for 24/7 crisis support.

Back-to-school is a transition for everyone...students, parents, and families. ๐Ÿ’™

As routines change and new expectations begin, remember to make space for your mental health, too. You don't have to navigate stress, anxiety, or overwhelm alone.

A little support can go a long way in helping the whole family feel grounded, connected, and ready for the year ahead!

Recovery doesnโ€™t have to happen in isolation.

Our FTS & Reconnection Groups provide a supportive, accountable space for individuals working toward healing from compulsive s*xual behaviors and building lasting recovery. Using Patrick Carnes, Ph.D.โ€™s Facing the Shadow workbook, this structured group explores the first 7 tasks of recovery while providing accountability, support, and connection.

Whether you're beginning your recovery journey or looking to strengthen the progress you've already made, group support can provide connection, accountability, and a shared path forward.

๐Ÿ“… Dates, times, and registration details are in the post.

Grief doesn't follow a timeline.

This National Bereaved Parents Month, we honor the parents and families carrying the unimaginable loss of a child.
