After a severe trucking accident left Dylan S. with multiple broken bones and crush injuries, he was hospitalized and unable to advocate for himself.
A VONA case manager stepped in, providing expert guidance, compassionate support, and consistent advocacy throughout his month-long hospital stay and transition to rehab. Dylan’s mother shared, “The case manager has been so helpful. I cannot say enough good about her.”
