What a night at DICED Dayton! 🔪🔥🇹🇭

Hello Thai was proud to be part of such a special evening alongside so many talented chefs from the Dayton community.

For the Mystery Box Challenge, Chef Chinpicha was given chicken thighs, fennel, hash browns, and black olives and transformed them into Chicken Roulade with Fennel & Black Olive Mousse, Tom Yum Sauce, — bringing her own Thai-inspired touch to the challenge. 👩‍🍳🔥

But DICED was about much more than competition. It was an opportunity to connect with our local food community while supporting Miami Valley Meals and the meaningful work they do right here in the Miami Valley. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Hello Thai table, tasted our dish, said hello, and cheered us on. Your support made the night even more special.
