This week is National Health Center Week!

Did you know, National Community Health Centers are pivotal in making healthcare accessible to all within the community.

Five Rivers Health Centers are eternally grateful for all of those we serve in the community and we will continue to provide access to quality, comprehensive, and respectful care to all our patients and community!

Our mobile unit will be at the Dayton Public School "Back to School Rally" on Saturday, August 8th, at the Welcome Stadium!

We will be there doing wellness child checks, sport physicals, and more for kids getting ready for the start of school.

It's open to ANYONE with kids in DPS.
