We encourage creativity and innovation by constantly helping our members come up with new ideas and then giving them the resources to develop these ideas in real products. We are structured like a business in that we are governed by a board of directors which manage the administrative side of the club as well as working to develop resources for the members to be successful. The members are organized into project teams as they choose, finding projects that they are passionate about. These teams are interdisciplinary and focus on creating environment that is driven by results, collaboration, and innovation, similar to how work is done in industry. The project teams define goals and deliverables which the board helps them achieve, but ultimately they are responsible for.
