I knew early on in my relationship with Nathalie, I was gonna marry her. However, shortly after we started dating, we immediately had to begin a long distance relationship. Still, it never deterred us. We spent every day on FaceTime, flights once a month, and falling asleep with the phone on. I dreamt of the day we could be together unrestricted and the day she would be by my side forever. It now seems so long ago, but it was worth the wait. It’s been 1 year and 7 months since I broke my left wrist. Since then my life has changed drastically. After 1 wedding, 1 puppy, and 2 major surgeries, I’ve had to make a lot of adaptations. When you live life with discipline, you can overcome whatever stands in front of you. You can’t always change what happens, but you can change how you react to it. The weakness is in the body not the mind. Everything you see in this video including the beat was made on the same day (yesterday) other than the shots of my knee and wrist. I want to show you all that if you stay determined, you can be just as resilient as me. I can’t wait to see how I look in a year. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and supported me. It’s a long road to recovery, but I’m going to make the most of each day. Do your best and let God do the rest!

Surgery went well. Praying for a swift recovery. Thank god for morphine. Never had so much pain in my life.
