-Birth certificates
-a parent on the birth certificate WITH parents ID and DL.
Reasoning, we have a piercing license. The state requires we check the kid you brought for me to pierce is in fact yours.
I don’t make the rules but I will follow them.
Legal guardians need to reach out to me personally and we can go over what I need from you.
