Food2Life Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to rescuing food and fighting food insecurities in GA.
Food2Life - Rescue Food Foundation's ultimate goal is to rescue salvageable fruits and vegetables, along with the occasion dry goods destined to the local landfill. Food2Life takes the diverted food and put it in the hands of those responsible for feeding the "food challenged" people in their surroundings area. We deliver this service in BULK distribution every Friday in the East Lake community @

Food2Life Foundation is Atlanta's premier Community Food Cooperative (CO-OP) which requires a donation to help us cover operational and administrative costs.
However, Food2Life Foundation also offers a lot of FREE items to the community every week from Chick-fil-A, Papa John's pizzas, Walmart Returns Merchandise and much more.
Therefore, come on out to our next BULK PRODUCE MEAT DISTRIBUTION event scheduled for 19 June 2026 @ 1900 Second Avenue Decatur Georgia 30032 from 4:30-6:30 PM.

He graduated from the Savannah State University (SSU)'s Naval ROTC Program. I attended school with both his brother and sister at SSU back in the early 80s. His brother and I are also members of Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity. If I am not mistaken Cmdr Cochran was also an Alphi Phi Omega member.
The jet he flew is proudly displayed at the University.
