Help Meow Ta Here

Remember the recent kitten rescue from burger place in Decatur ?

You can meet her and her furry kitten friends @ Decatur Petco 💖

A lady moving out of state at the end of this month leaving approx. 20 cats behind. If the help doesn’t come, they won’t make it.

Almost all of them are spayed. We have outdoor enclosed sanctuary but they are already full. If there is anyone who can work with us to rescue these cats, please let us know. If you have a land, we could build a small outdoor enclosure and we can save their life. Please help us to help our furry friends.

Welcome to Help Meow-ta Here Sanctuary #2 🐈♥️

We now have enclosed outdoor sanctuary 🙂 We always wanted the sanctuary where our community cat who lost their outdoor home due to owner passing, etc… can still be safe and live a happy life, and our dream came true ♥️ We are currently working on the shed for the Winter so the kitties can cuddle and stay warm 😻

We will need your help to decorate this shed so our kitties can have fun inside the shed during the cold month ! We will keep you posted ♥️

Earl Grey is at Summit Veterinary Urgent Care tonight 😿 He is a rescue from Falkville business place and his foster found him not moving much and his stomach is bloating. He is a sweet kitten and we want to make sure everything is ok. We will keep you posted.

🙀 A lady is moving out of AL by the end of October, she can’t take them with her 🙀

We haven’t count how many kitties there are. There was a sick kitty sitting in the cat habitat so we rescued just one kitty last night. We took her home and gave her fluid, and we took her to Animal Tracks Veterinary Hospital in Decatur today 🏥. We named her Cinammon, she had ulcer in her mouth and that’s why her tongue was out, and the ultrasound showed a lot of gas in her stomach (no fluid 😮‍💨). She received medicine and she will stay with us !

The wobbly kitty (Twitch) also went to the vet clinic. Since she was feral kitty and it’s less likely but potential risk of rabies, the veterinarian had a limited access to her but they think she has feline cerebellar hypoplasia(CH). Her mama kitty might have been sick when she was still in mama’s tummy, caused her this wobbly problem. However, she is not in pain and if she can eat and use the litter box and move around, she can have a good indoor life 🙂 We will keep eyes on her to make sure her symptoms is not getting worse, and slowly introduce to other kitties in about a month.

It’s been a very busy long week @ Help Meow-ta Here. We hope you have a great weekend !

Trinity Cat Rescue 🐈 We got the last “Wobbly” kitty tonight ! She will see a veterinarian tomorrow 💖

Special thanks to Mariana who has been a wonderful cat catcher for the team ♥️

Trinity cat colony update : A man passed leaving his furry friend behind. We caught another kitty tonight, which makes the total to be 6 and there is only 1 kitty left, the wobbly kitty 😔. We were there for 3hrs trying to catch her. She was very close to the trap so we stepped away for 10 mins so she will be more relaxed to go into the trap, when we came back, the trap was shut without her. We thought it was just an accident, set up a trap again. Suddenly the SUV showed up so we backed off, left there for couple minutes and came back and noticed the trap was closed again without her and we understood what happened.

Some people feel bad when the cat was caught in a trap, which we understand that. But this kitty really needs to see a vet and the only way to catch her is with a trap. Releasing the kitty from trap or blocking the kitty going into the trap means she will miss the opportunity to get the necessary medical treatment. So please stop touching our traps.

We will not give up on this kitty. We will keep you posted.

Trinity Cat Colony Rescue 🌸 Ms. Tina, we hope you are seeing this post. Thank you for your very generous support, we were able to rescue 5 cats out of 7 cats. 2 of them went to spay and neuter clinic and they are fixed and vaccinated ♥️ We will keep working until they are all rescued.

Several other people also donated for this colony. We are very grateful for all of your support. Let’s keep working together to save our furry friends !

🌸Rescue in Progress Now @ Trinity Cat Colony🌸 So far, we caught 4. We will keep you posted !

🐈Trinity Cat Colony🐈 A man passed leaving his friends behind, the cats were surviving without food and water. We didn’t know there was not a caretaker until this afternoon when someone mentioned. We went there tonight to feed dry food, wet food and water. We will do it every day until we can rescue them all. We will never let the cats to be hungry. They deserve better.

We need your help with their medical fee. We can feed them and take care of them but we don’t have any fund left to give them the medical. We are trying to trap them soon to take the two sick kitties to vet clinic and the rest of the kitties to spay and neuter clinic. Once they are fixed and vaccinated, we have a cat sanctuary for them to live safely forever. Please help us to change their life forever !
