This is what scent work looks like in training.
Our dogs learn to detect specific medical scents so they can alert their handlers before a crisis happens. This kind of training takes time, consistency, and a lot of repetition — but it’s what gives clients real freedom and peace of mind.
We’re always working on sharpening these life-saving skills with the dogs in our program.

What a special day.
Bear and Honey, two of our service dogs we trained about five years ago, got to see each other again for the first time in years. It was so special watching them reconnect.
Honey (on the right) has been with her handler, Tyler, for years. Tyler does an incredible job working with and socializing our dogs. He’s now taking home our newest little girl, Teddi (the puppy), to train, and socialize her over the next six months.
Moments like this are why we do what we do — watching the bonds that form and continue long after our dogs leave our program.
Welcome to the family, Teddi. We can’t wait to see you grow.

This is what trained public access looks like.
Our dogs are taught to stay focused, calm, and well-mannered no matter where we go — grocery stores, restaurants, medical appointments, or just running errands.
Public access isn’t just about good manners. It’s about giving handlers freedom and independence in their everyday lives.
If you’re considering a service dog, public access training is one of the most important parts of the process.
