Thank you to everyone who came out for PEACE Academy Basketball Tryouts yesterday!
We loved seeing our geniuses bring their energy, effort, teamwork, and determination to the court. Every scholar who showed up, gave their best, and took a chance should be proud.
We’re excited to continue building our basketball program and creating opportunities for our scholars to grow both on and off the court.
Thank you to our families, coaches, and staff for supporting our student-athletes. The future of PEACE basketball is looking bright!

We loved welcoming our parents and caregivers into the building to connect with teachers, learn more about what scholars are working on in the classroom, and see how we can continue partnering to support their success.

Our geniuses get hands-on with math, using real examples, working together, and finding different ways to solve problems. Because sometimes the best way to understand math is trying it, talking it through, and having that “I got it!” moment. We love seeing our geniuses build their skills and confidence one problem at a time!

Reminder: PEACE Academy will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. There will be no school for scholars.

Math clicks when you can connect it to something you already understand.
At PEACE Academy, 5th grade math teacher Mrs. Crystal Perry brings math concepts to life by presenting them as a family, helping our geniuses see how different concepts are connected and work together.
By making math relatable, Mrs. Perry helps scholars move beyond memorizing steps to truly understanding the “why” behind the math.
That’s what learning looks like at PEACE: meeting geniuses where they are and finding creative ways to help it all make sense.

Every child learns differently!! At PEACE Academy, small group instruction gives our geniuses opportunities to receive focused support, ask questions, strengthen their skills, and engage more closely with their teachers and classmates. It’s one of the ways we work to ensure every genius receives the support they need to succeed, because every child deserves the opportunity to grow. It takes a village to raise a genius.
