Are you organized, professional, and enjoy working with people? We're looking for a Full-Time Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of BCA General Contractors.

In this entry-level role, you'll play an important part in keeping our office running smoothly by:
✔️ Greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service
✔️ Answering and directing phone calls
✔️ Supporting our administrative team
✔️ Running occasional office errands
✔️ Assisting with a variety of day-to-day office tasks

We're looking for someone who is:
🔹 Friendly and professional
🔹 Detail-oriented and organized
🔹 Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
🔹 Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
🔹 Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
