We love helping our students discover the confidence that comes from taking responsibility and following through on small tasks. 💪

Whether they’re setting up the mats, helping clean up after class, encouraging a teammate, or completing a responsibility at home, each moment gives them a chance to build discipline, focus, and independence.

This growth is made possible through a strong partnership with our parents. We’re grateful for the patience, encouragement, and guidance they provide as we help our students develop these habits in Capoeira, at home, and at school.

There’s nothing better than watching a child take ownership of a task, finish it, and proudly realize, “I did it!” 😃

We’re pumped about our buddy 👫 week! 👊 September 15-19, anyone 2.5 & up is invited to join us for a capoeira class!

•What: To join your friend for a free capoeira class with Atlanta’s only 28x award winning capoeira school!

•Wear: Something comfortable that allows for movement (pants & t-shirt).

•Experience: None needed, our instructors and your friend will train alongside you!
