Our two trainers, Todd and Reese, will push you to your limits and help you suceed. We are a crossfit/boxing gym that likes to push you and make you stronger. To ensure that you receive the best from us, we operate on an appointment only basis. I train Garrett and what a Great kid. He got new gloves and is so very proud of them. I myself am very proud of him for wanting to box. He loves the speed bag and does amazing at it. We have become Good friends and joke around a lot. So glad God put us together ❤️
