Right now, I’m learning that discipline isn’t always about feeling motivated. Sometimes it’s simply honoring the commitments I made to myself—even when the journey looks nothing like I originally imagined.

So I’m staying curious.

What happens if I keep showing up?
What happens if I keep executing?
What happens if I keep learning, adjusting, building and becoming?

I wanna see what happens if I don’t give up.

And that’s the plan.

Completed Assess & Treatment Neck, Back & Sports Injuries certification through Dalton Myoskeletal —part of the MAT system created by the late Dr. Erik Dalton.

And the fact that my trainer Scott Doss and Scott Oglesbay has welcomed me to the collective, is home of my new treatment space fin Decatur….God doesn’t do coincidences.

Dr. Dalton passed in January 2025, but his work lives on through educators like Scott and the entire Dalton Gang. The experience was unforgettable.

22+ years in bodywork and I’m just getting started with MAT. Next goal: Costa Rica retreat in order to keep building 🇨🇷
