We are so grateful for Representative Parker Moore's generous support of Decatur City Schools.

We are excited to welcome Amy Jo Fogle to the Decatur City Schools Foundation! Amy Jo has stepped into the role of Program Coordinator here at the foundation and brings experience in writing, event planning, graphic design, and professional communication. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in May of 2026 with a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts and a minor in Technical Writing.

As a Sunday school teacher in her local church, Amy Jo is passionate about investing in younger generations and showing up for her community. She shared that she is most excited for the opportunity to encourage teachers and students and support their growth throughout the school year.

We are proud of our board member, Mary Ann Hotaling, for bringing this initiative to Decatur!
