Looking for thoughts and feedback on this play. What do you got, is there a foul? We encounter this type of play often and need to be able to evaluate properly.

The ball is dead for the previous play when the game officials call timeout due to apparent injuries to both A86 and B13. Select the correct clock and player status.
A) Play clock reset to 25 seconds and will begin on the Ready for Play. Both players must sit out a play.
B) Play clock reset to 40 seconds and will begin on the Ready for Play. Both players must sit out a play.
C) Play clock reset to 40 seconds and will begin on the Snap. Both players can stay in the game.
A, 3/12 @ B-45. A1 hands the ball off to A22, who runs to the B-30 where he is tackled by his facemask. A22 immediately fumbles the ball, and it is recovered by A56 at the B-28. Ruling?
A) Facemask foul enforced from where A56 recovered the fumble. (A, 1/10 @ B-14)
B) Facemask foul enforced from the spot of the fumble. (A, 1/10 @ B-15)
C) Facemask foul enforced from the previous spot. (A, 1/10 @ B-30)
Free Kick from the A-40. The kick is muffed by R20 at the B-15 yard line and then touched by K5 and then rolls out of bounds at the B-10. Ruling? (Will post the answer tomorrow evening)
