Our teachers are the heart of JHES! Thank you for showing up, loving kids, making a difference, and giving your all EVERY SINGLE DAY. We are SO lucky to have you! 💙❤️🥰🍎

A HUGE thank you to our Partner in Education, Interstate Billing, for sponsoring the gift cards and helping us celebrate our students in such a special way. 😊

Another great week of reading at JHES! 📚💗

This week, our students checked out 288 books, passed 668 AR tests, and read an incredible 1,218,779 words! 🎉

That brings our schoolwide total to 8,818,275 words — which means we are getting VERY close to our first 10 million word celebration: HAT DAY! 🧢✨

I also love seeing which books are flying off the shelves each week. Our readers definitely have some favorites!

Keep reading, JHES! We’re on our way to 50 million words! 💕📖
