Who likes sweet surprises? 🙋🏽‍♀️

For this surprise birthday celebration, our client wanted to celebrate her husband’s heritage and desire to visit Ireland, so we thought we’d bring Ireland to him.

Our client wanted a simple silhouette, so we made our take on a tall sheet cake. For the design, we used a watercolor poster of the Irish flag as inspiration for the top of the cake. Then added the personalized inscription in gold. We let the green watercolor seep into the edible painting of the famous Cliffs of Moher.
