Because every girl deserves a place where she can grow in confidence, discover her strengths, and know she belongs.

At EsteemGirls, a Youth Mentorship Program of Queens Esteem Inc., girls ages 9–12 build leadership skills, create meaningful friendships, serve their communities, and gain the confidence to lead with purpose.

We believe that when girls are encouraged, supported, and empowered, they become confident young women who make a positive impact wherever they go.

EsteemGirls is a youth mentorship program through Queens Esteem Inc. for girls ages 9–12 in DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties.

Girls participate in monthly Sisterhood Saturdays, Virtual Queen Chats, quarterly community service projects, and engaging leadership activities—all while building confidence, character, and lasting friendships.
