Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As the Welder for Shop & Field, you will be responsible for welding operations in both the shop and field, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that all welding work is completed to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time.

Responsibilities:

*Perform welding operations in both the shop and field, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
*Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements
*Fabricate and weld metal components to specifications
*Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
*Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
*Manage inventory of welding supplies and equipment
*Work collaboratively with supervisors and other team members to ensure that all welding work is completed to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time

Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent required; Welding certification or Associate's degree in Welding or a related field preferred
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding, with experience in both shop and field welding preferred
*Strong technical knowledge of welding processes and techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
*Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
*Must be able to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed
