Her lifelong passion for equine medicine, dedication to exceptional patient care, and commitment to building meaningful relationships with clients make her an outstanding addition to Outlaw Equine. We can’t wait for you to get to know her, and we know she’ll be a tremendous asset to both our team and the horses we have the privilege of caring for.

Meet Dr. Mary Thompson 🩺

Dr. Mary Thompson was raised in northern Illinois, where her passion for veterinary medicine began at an early age. Inspired by watching her mother work in a veterinary clinic, she discovered a love for caring for animals and supporting the people who cherish them. From a young age, she knew veterinary medicine was the career she was meant to pursue.

Dr. Thompson earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University before graduating from the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2026.

Her professional interests include equine ophthalmology, reproduction, and internal medicine. She is passionate about providing thoughtful, high-quality care and enjoys the challenge of combining advanced medicine with practical solutions to help horses achieve optimal health and performance.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Thompson enjoys riding horses and running. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients and is honored to partner with owners in providing exceptional care for their horses.
