We've noticed the higher priced homes in the Intown East markets (North of $1.7M) are taking longer to sell, but luxury homes in the $1M to $1.7M have been moving quickly. If you are in the market for luxury north of $1.7M this may be a good opportunity! We have a few coming up around $2M (Inman Park and City of Decatur). Wink, Wink!
