Chestnut Grove Elementary-Decatur, Al

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize two very special members of the Chestnut Grove family—our Reading Coach, Mrs. Cohn, and Math Coach, Mrs. Crim! 🎉

We are so thankful for these two ladies and the many years they have poured into Chestnut Grove. Both began their careers in the classroom and eventually transitioned into coaching roles, where they have continued to thrive in helping our teachers and students reach their goals.

While much of their work may happen behind the scenes, they are very much present, involved, and making a difference in our school every single day. Their knowledge, support, encouragement, and dedication mean so much to our teachers and students.

Mrs. Cohn and Mrs. Crim, thank you for all that you do for Chestnut Grove! We are so grateful to have you both on our team!

Happy Coaches Day! We appreciate you more than you know!

Today we celebrate the incredible people who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Chestnut Grove clean, safe, and welcoming for our students and staff each and every day.

Their work goes far beyond cleaning our school. They are always there with a helping hand, a kind smile, and a willingness to do whatever is needed. So much of what they do happens before we arrive, after we leave, and in the little moments throughout the day that often go unnoticed—but their hard work never goes unappreciated.

We are so thankful for the pride and care they put into our school and for all the ways they take care of our Black Bear family. Chestnut Grove simply wouldn’t be the same without them!

Please help us show our amazing custodians some extra love today! 🐻🧡
