We’re hiring at Elevate!

As Elevate continues to grow, we’re looking for the right person to join our leadership team as our Director of Patient Access & Revenue Cycle.

This is a big hire for us and not simply a front-office or billing position. We’re looking for someone with significant experience in medical billing and revenue cycle who also knows how to lead people, build systems, solve problems, and take ownership.

This person will oversee our Patient Access and administrative operations while also helping us manage the entire revenue cycle — insurance verification, authorizations, billing, denials, A/R, collections, reimbursement, and our current outsourced billing partnership.

Long term, we want someone with the knowledge and experience to build and lead an in-house billing department if we decide to take that step in the future.

As we continue to grow Elevate, we need leaders who can help us build the systems and team necessary to support that growth. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just another job. We want someone who wants to help build something special and make an impact on the people we serve.
