Dr. Kate and Dr. James specialize in gentle and specific chiropractic care to help families and athletes reach their full health potential. We utilize Bio-Geometric Integration to do this within a vitalistic construct to honor the intelligence and wisdom that resides in each of our bodies. In addition to providing chiropractic care, our office also is committed to helping educate the community on healthy living through: health/spinal screenings and education, wellness and healthy living classes, spinal hygiene classes (for adults or kids), and classes on exercises to improve posture and performance for athletes.
