Our staff was thrilled to be part of the first collaborative non profit community resource fair!! It was a huge success as over 500 community members came through and participated! What a blessing to see our nonprofits come together for those in our community! It was such an honor to be a part of seeing the Body of Christ operate as the Body!

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Michelle Wooten to share in a special support group meeting for adoptive parents on the ARD and 504 process! We often hear from our adoptive parents on the struggles advocating for their children within the education system. Dr. Wooten shares our belief that YOU are your child's biggest advocate! Join us on August 29 @ 9:30am at the Denton County Library North Branch to learn more about the Special Education process, your rights as a parent, and how you can be the best advocate possible for your child!
There is a $25 registration fee per family, however, thanks to a grant from the Heart Gallery of North Texas, scholarships are available to cover the registration fee! If you would like to have your registation fee covered, please email [email protected] for scholarship information!

Will you help us celebrate our very first Future Hope Texas program graduate? 🎉
So many of you donated to make our Hope Crossing apartment complex here at Future Hope a reality! This is the fruit of your giving! 💜
We are thrilled to announce that we have our first Future Hope program graduate! Erison will be moving out of our Future Hope apartment into his very own apartment! It is a bitter sweet good bye for us as we adore Erison! However, he has met his goals and is ready to launch into adulthood well! We could not be more proud of the young man Erison is and the goals he has met while being with us here at Future Hope!
Part of our program is to make sure our young men go into their apartment like one of our children would when leaving our home! The biggest need for Erison right now is a bed! He has picked one out on Amazon, which is in his wishlist linked below. There are a few other smaller items that he needs for his apartment linked in the wishlist as well if you would like to help us celebrate Erison and his success here at Future Hope! Thank you in advance for loving on Erison with your gifts!

While they are not in his list, we are sure he would love any fast food or gift cards as well as he makes the transition to paying rent and driving a little further to work than normal! You can drop those by the office for him or make a donation on our website with gift card in the notation.

Our Executive Director HollyAnn and West Texas Regional Administrator Jamie along with CASA of West Texas Executive Director Patty are attending Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioner training in Mississippi. We are excited to be partnering with the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development to become better equipped to train our adoptive parents and serve our youth through the tenants of the evidence based practice of TBRI.
We will also be looking for opportunities to partner with community organizations to bring TBRI into other areas of our community to better serve children who have experienced trauma.
We are grateful for this opportunity and excited about the future as practitioners!

May God bless you this year with his tangible presence and blessings that abound!

It was a great day for TBRI! 💜
Today we had the honor of joining CASA of West Texas as part of the Trauma Task Force we have been part of to bring TBRI to West Texas! There was a room of almost 250 people learning how to meet the needs of children through connection, empowering and correction - something Addy’s Hope teaches and believes in! The room was full of those from our judicial system, child welfare system, education system, law enforcement, clergy, and more! It has been a dream of Addy’s Hope to know that our community could be trauma informed with TBRI principles to meet the needs of the children and families we serve in every area where they live and have services provided!
Thank you to CASA Executive Director Patty Pisklak for her vision and hard work to make this a reality! Thank you to Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development for partnering with our Trauma Task Force to bring Troy to Midland to introduce our community to TBRI! Thank you to all in our community who gave of their time to come and learn about TBRI!
