Let’s be clear:
Proximity is not participation.
Being present is not the same as agreeing.
Loving people is not the same as compromising yourself to keep them happy.
You can be around it without letting it live in you.
Where are you being pressured to participate just because you’re present?

People are gifts. They’re not God.
If you need somebody’s presence more than you need God’s presence, that relationship has become bigger than it should be.
Sometimes God allows people to step away not to punish you, but to FREE you.
To show you:
You can survive without their approval.
You can move forward without their validation.
You can be okay without them choosing you.
Painful lesson. But a freeing one.

Stop trying to force doors God hasn’t opened. Stop chasing people God is allowing to walk away. Stop holding onto seasons He’s telling you to release. Sometimes surrender is the beginning of your next level.
This just blessed me!! Seeing these kids worshipping, weeping, and comforting each other in the Presence of God will gives me much hope for the next generation. Pure, unrefined praise!

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Rev. Jesse Jackson. I had the privilege of witness his conviction up close. I heard the stories. I felt the weight of the movement in his presence.
Rev. Jackson was not just a civil rights leader. He was a bridge — between generations, between the pulpit and the public square, between protest and policy. He carried the torch of Dr. King and refused to let it dim.
He taught us that faith must walk, speak, and show up. That justice is not an abstract idea but a daily pursuit. That our voices matter — especially when they tremble.
Rest well, Rev. Jackson. Thank you for blazing the trail so many of us now walk.
The pressure you feel is not meant to break you — it’s building you!
God TRUSTS you with this season.
