I've been working at HomeGrown for 11 years now!

I'm not in front of the camera often, but I am always the one behind the camera and have such fun working with the staff to create content for y'all. From starting as a part time employee in college to becoming a full time manager, its been such a joy to work in such a fun shop! Throughout the years I have trained employees, started the online store, and helped with marketing.

Folks, people don't work at a small business for over a decade unless they have a pretty amazing boss. I've been incredibly lucky to work for the owner of this business, Lori. Not only has she helped me professionally, but she has helped me in my personal life too in major ways. I wouldn't be the same person if I had never worked here!

I take the lessons learned from Lori to create a great working space for my co-workers as their manager, and pride ourselves on having long-term employees in a retail space.

If there was ever a reason to support a small business, this would be the one - I know that here, employees are treated well, and appreciated, and I definitely have felt that myself, all these years!
