Another client, another denial.

We were at another clients house this week who said “I thought the roof was fine because it wasn’t leaking”.

So, they waited to file a claim… And now it’s too late. The damage is too old and their claim has been denied.

Pro tip: you should have your roof looked at twice a year, spring and fall at a minimum. You have a contractual obligation to report damage to your insurance company in a timely manner.
