We are over the moon excited to introduce three new {amazing} substitute teachers! Swipe to read a bit more about each of these wonderful humans. ➡️

Please join us in welcoming Savy Roberts, Taliesin Boghiu, and Aya Cassaday!

Savy Roberts
Savy’s relationship with yoga wasn’t love at first sight. Growing up, it was “her mom’s thing,” and naturally she wanted nothing to do with it. It wasn’t until her mid-20s, during a high-stress season of life, that she allowed herself permission to return to the mat and found it was exactly the anchor she needed to reconnect with herself. In many ways, yoga is in her blood: her mother, Mandy, owns FORM yoga (yes, a Yoga nepo baby!) and remains Savy’s greatest teacher and inspiration.

Savy completed her 200 hr YTT at FORM yoga and remains a student in every aspect of her life. By day, she’s in real estate, a career that keeps her on her toes and occasionally tests her patience.

She’ll be the first to admit she doesn’t always get the balance right, but the philosophy Savy brings to her yoga teaching helps her stay grounded when negotiations get intense and life gets loud. Maybe that’s why her classes feel less like a lecture and more like companionship; she’s figuring it out right alongside you.

Outside the studio, Savy is a devoted dog mom (and yes, she absolutely wants to see photos of your dog after class) and likely has a million tabs open planning her next trip.

In her classes, Savy hopes students find room to play, explore, introspect, and sweat leaving with a little more space for themselves than they came in with.

Please join us in welcoming Savy Roberts, Taliesin Boghiu, and Aya Cassidy!

Taliesin( Tally) Boghiu
Taliesin (pronounced Tah-LIE-sin) or Tally, holds his 200-hour certification from FORM yoga under the guidance of Mandy Roberts. While he may be newer to teaching, yoga has been part of his life since childhood. It wasn’t until his twenties that he returned to embrace the practice with a more open mind; ready to see yoga not just as something familiar, but as something transformative.

That transformation came, in part, through healing. Taliesin has leaned on his yoga practice to recover from injuries of the mind, body, and spirit, and that experience of restoration now shapes everything he offers as a yoga teacher.

He knows firsthand what it feels like to rebuild trust in your own body, and he wants to help others find that same sense of possibility.

In his classes, Taliesin creates a safe, calm space to explore movement without judgment or pressure. His goal is simple: for students to leave feeling rejuvenated, and to walk out believing in themselves just a little more than when they walked in. Whether you’re recovering from something, working through something, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, Taliesin’s classes offer room to move, breathe, and to grow at your own pace.

Aya Cassaday
Aya’s love of movement began at the age of two, when she started recreational ballet. As the oldest of 13 grandchildren, she grew up with a natural sense of responsibility and a desire to set a good example for those around her. Her early years in dance taught her lessons that continue to shape her life and teaching: the value of constancy, the importance of showing up, and the joy of the process of becoming.

At eleven, Aya auditioned for her studio’s competitive dance team and didn’t make it. Instead, she spent the following season training alongside the team, guided by mentors who helped her discover that nothing worthwhile comes easily. When she made the team the next year, she was awarded the Heart of the Studio scholarship for embodying the values of sportsmanship, kindness, and constancy. These experiences, along with her first teaching opportunities under the guidance of Tia Birdsong, laid the foundation for the teacher she would become.

Aya’s teaching journey has come full circle through both dance and yoga. She teaches contemporary dance to students ages 6–18 at Hickory Flat Dance Academy, where she is continually reminded of the teachers and mentors who poured into her. After graduating from yoga teacher training in December 2024, she began teaching at Joiful Yoga in Sandy Springs and is over the moon to now be part of the FORM yoga community.

Aya’s intention as a yoga teacher is to meet her students where they are, offering presence, humility, and encouragement. She believes in celebrating the small wins, finding joy in the process, and showing up with constancy. Her hope is to create a practice where students feel supported in their own process of becoming, just as her teachers and mentors have supported her.

Where Body Meets Story: A Workshop in Embodied Wisdom
with Tiffany Morgan
Saturday, August 22
1pm - 3:30pm
Investment: $45
Members & those on New Student Trial save up to 20%!

When did play become something you had to earn?

Somewhere between growing up and getting responsible, most of us stopped playing––with movement, with story, with the idea that our bodies might actually know how to have fun if we’d just get out of the way!

This August, our next Embodied Wisdom is about reclaiming that. Not as a performance of joy. Not as another thing to optimize. But as something older and more honest than either of those––the kind of play that happens when you stop monitoring yourself long enough to actually show up.

Through intentional movement and guided writing, we’ll explore the stories your body carries about play, the ones that say you’re too serious, too old, too stiff, too much, not enough. And we’ll find out what happens when you set those stories down and move anyway.

Expect to:
Explore narratives that no longer serve you and could use a good rewrite
Reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence and how to use it to express more playfulness

Bring a journal, pen, water and your curiosity. All bodies and stages of practice welcome. No yoga or writing experience needed. Permission, in writing, to play.

Trust Yourself: A Blindfold Yoga Experience with Ruan
THIS Friday, August 7
8pm-9pm
Members & those on New Student Trial: $10
Not a member yet? $30

In our fast-paced modern lives, we absorb thousands of sensory cues each day—sounds, sights, notifications—often without pause. Pratyahara, a foundational yogic practice, invites us to gently draw the senses inward and rest in a quieter, more intimate experience of ourselves.

This 60-minute, slowly moving, alignment-based class offers a rare opportunity to turn your attention fully inside. With the support of a blindfold, the sense of sight softens, allowing your awareness of body and breath to naturally deepen without visual distraction. In the safe, held space of darkness, you’ll be guided with intentional, spacious cues that encourage trust—trust in yourself, trust in your body, and trust in the space that holds you.

Benefits:
🧘‍♂️Cultivates deeper focus & trust in the body
🧘‍♂️Balances nervous system & softens sensory overload
🧘‍♂️Strengthens mind-body connection & inner awareness
🧘‍♂️Encourages presence over perfection

Space is limited to the first 20 registrations. Bring your yoga mat and water. No prior experience required. Blindfolds will be provided for use, or if you prefer you can bring an eye mask from home, or simply close your eyes.

Are you curious about archetypal themes at play all around us? Are you interested in how these larger themes can inspire shifts in our life?

Calling seekers of inspiration, community, deeper personal practice! This monthly 75 minute full moon gathering is a chance to pause, reflect, and connect to honor the energy of illumination, reflection, and renewal.

Through modalities such as meditation, guided journaling, mantra, breathwork, astrology, and tarot, we will explore ways to attune to the wisdom of the lunar cycles and the stories unfolding in our own lives. Whether you’re seeking clarity, release, or a nourishing reset, this circle is an invitation to remember that you are part of something larger—supported, seen, and held in rhythm with the Moon and the greater energetic collective.

Please wear comfortable clothing (we may do gentle movements to get prepared for meditation/breathwork). Bring water, a journal and pen.
