Applejack Rabbit
2oz Laird’s bonded apple brandy
0.75oz lemon juice
0.75oz orange juice
0.5oz grade B maple syrup
Shake with ice & strain into a coupe glass.
Applejack Old Fashioned
2oz apple brandy
0.5oz maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash baking spice bitters (optional)
Orange peel or cinnamon stick (optional), for garnish
Stir with ice & strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a long, trimmed orange peel.
Jack Rose
1.5oz apple brandy
0.75oz lemon juice
0.5oz Stirrings grenadine
Shake with ice & strain into a coupe glass.
Apple Brandy Sidecar
1.5oz apple brandy
0.75oz orange liqueur
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider
⅛ teaspoon bitters
Shake with ice & strain into a coupe glass.
Apple Press
1oz bourbon
1oz apple brandy
1oz fresh apple juice
0.5oz apple cider vinegar
2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
Shake with ice & strain into a coupe glass.
Harvest Moon Applejack Cocktail
1.5oz apple brandy
0.5oz orgeat syrup
0.5oz lemon juice
Shake with ice & strain into a coupe glass.
The Colt’s Neck Cocktail
2oz apple brandy
2oz Cardamaro
1oz lemon juice
4oz ginger beer
Fill a highball glass halfway with ice. Add first three ingredients. Gently stir. Top with ginger beer.

We have 2 magnums of 2023 Jean Foillard Fleurie! This is a bottle from one of Beaujolais’ true legends. Part of the original “Gang of Four” championed by Kermit Lynch, Jean Foillard helped redefine what Beaujolais could be, focusing on native yeast, semi carbonic maceration, and wines that express a sense of place. All from his only Fleurie vineyard, this Gamay is fantastic. A must know producer and a fantastic introduction to the more delicate side of Beaujolais.
