Day-to-day life as a Bikram Yoga studio owner, Hot Yoga that incredibly thankful, and as they say Cadillac problems!
Happy to do it because our community something freaking special student students teacher teachers all of it and of course, the practice itself that doesn’t change 90 min !!! Hot yoga let’s go
also, there’s always some pride and using your hands and getting dirty and knowing mechanics or knowing how to fix things!
Not luxury AND in between auditioning, thankful I get any & occasional writing some music ( Jesse Owen Astin / ghostofyou_official ) or recording music

She’s back visiting and teaching some classes starting Thursday at 5:30 PM this week she’ll be for a couple of weeks. She’s teaching Sunday 8:15 AM and 4 PM.!!!! Nandra !!!
Just check the schedule, we Love having her back for a couple of weeks wish it were longer.

When you’re running into students in the wild, Scott has been coming to the studio off & on for countless years & his wife Allison, they live in Brooklyn but whenever they’re in town, they always come back to Still Hot Yoga. Great Folks Scott is also a jazz musician drummer !!
Scott has probably been coming to the studio since 2012. He also used to go to Jolin studio in Athens

Sandy with Heathen Grace’s daughter autumn, Heather Grace was a teacher at Marietta Bikram yoga, visiting in town, Autumn does the floor series. What a treat. And an inspiration my life might’ve taken a different turn. Had I’ve been able to do something so focused at such a young age.!
