I met Charles a year ago at the commercial kitchen where my business operates from. He was doing janitorial work even though he had a lot of kitchen experience in different restaurants.
He quit the janitorial job and is now helping many businesses in the commercial kitchen. I’m so proud of him for obtaining his ServSafe Food Handler Certification. He has taken different duties like packing, labeling, scaling and scooping! Way to go Charles!!! So proud of you!! 👍

Last year my Mom and I drove to Nashville on a mission to find some of Dolly Parton murals and visit my son. You can imagine the music we listened during our 4 hr road trip🚙💕💕 Thank you Dolly for the unforgettable memories, for the great artists but mostly for the human being you showed we can all be. Rest in peace beautiful Dolly! 🙏🏻🦋fly high with butterflies 🦋 ❤️
