✨ Resident Spotlight: Patricia ✨
Meet Patricia! Patricia is a wonderful part of our community and is always active and involved. With her great personality and positive presence, she brings a wonderful energy to those around her.
One of the things Patricia enjoys most about community living is not having to grocery shop or cook. She also enjoys meeting people with all different kinds of personalities. After teaching school for many years, she knows a thing or two about being around different personalities, but as she says, adult personalities are “a whole different ball game!”
Patricia’s advice is to focus on the positive side of life and be thankful for what you have rather than focusing on what you don’t have.
And when it comes to fun, Patricia loves playing Whist! She would happily play the card game three or four times a week because she enjoys it so much.
We’re so happy to have Patricia as part of our community and appreciate the positivity and enthusiasm she brings each day!

Teddie’s life advice is simple, be kind, pay attention, and help when you can. It’s a lesson she learned from her father and one she still carries with her today, because sometimes making a difference starts with taking the time to talk to someone.
For Chef D, serving residents means preparing every meal with the same care he would want for his own grandparents. Residents can choose what they want from the menu, giving them the freedom to make each dining experience their own.
That thoughtful approach brings restaurant style dining and personal choice together every day.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember September 11, 2001. Today, we pause to honor the lives lost, the brave first responders and heroes who answered the call, and the families and loved ones who continue to hold their memories close. 🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
After a life changing experience, Cecelia came away with a message she holds close to her faith. She remembers a sense of beauty and peace, an experience that strengthened her belief that this life is not the end.
Her story is a deeply personal reflection on faith, hope, and finding meaning throughout life at any age.

Back to the ’80s! 🪩🎶 We had a totally awesome time celebrating the decade with colorful style, retro fun, and plenty of great photo opportunities. From the outfits and decorations to all the smiles, our residents brought the ’80s spirit to life!
Sometimes the best part of community living is the part you never expected. Aaron has watched his parents build connections with neighbors who look out for one another, share updates, lend a hand, and find their own ways to contribute.
For his family, that sense of social connection has been one of the most meaningful surprises of this new chapter

✨ August Resident Spotlight: Linda ✨
We may be a little late in sharing our August Resident Spotlight, but we couldn’t let the today pass without celebrating the wonderful Linda!
Linda was chosen for her great personality and vibrant spirit. She brings wonderful energy, warmth, and positivity to our community and is truly a joy to be around.
When asked what she loves most about the community, Linda shared that it’s the variety of people. She loves that everyone brings their own backgrounds, experiences, talents, and stories, and she especially enjoys welcoming new residents and getting to know them.
Linda’s advice is a beautiful reminder of the difference we can make in someone’s day: “Be kind, loving, and warm toward the people around you. Have a great sense of humor and make people feel happy. A smile can make a difference.”
Linda also loves discovering the many talents and abilities of her fellow residents. She especially enjoys the talent shows and seeing how everyone has something unique and special to share.
We’re so grateful to have Linda as part of our community and are happy to finally give her the recognition she deserves as our August Resident Spotlight!
