OK, I’m officially stumped. 🤷♀️
2417 Stratford has had plenty of eyes on it, but so far, nobody has said YES TO THE ADDRESS.
So I went back through it myself.
Opened the cabinets. Pulled the drawers. Looked at the finishes. Walked the rooms again. Checked out the bathrooms, storage, backyard and all the work that has gone into this major renovation .
And I’m still asking...
What are buyers missing? What am I missing?
This isn’t a house waiting for someone to come in and tackle a long list of projects. The work has already been done.
And at only $349,900, I think it deserves another look.
