It’s October 1st, but around The Saving Way, it’s December! 🎄

Christmas decor is out at all five Saving Way stores, and The Santa Way is open at our University store!

So if you’re already thinking about Christmas, we’ve got you covered. And if you’re not, consider this your head start!

You know that thing you almost bought last time?!

Maybe it’s still waiting for you. And this weekend, it’s 50% OFF!

Join us THIS Friday + Saturday, October 2–3 at our Wi******er and South Parkway stores.

I don’t know about you, but when we think fall, we think cozy days and fall thrifting. 🍂🧥☕️

And with the holidays getting closer, October is a pretty good time to start thinking about gifts, decorations, and hosting finds, too!

Take a look at our October calendar, save the dates, and come see what you can find at The Saving Way.

It's almost soup season, which means it's about time to pull out the stock pots and start simmering your favorite recipes.

Need a fun fall DIY? Turn a thrifted sweater into cozy hot pads! They're perfect for protecting your counters from a hot pot of soup or giving your bowl a soft place to land on a chilly evening.

A little creativity, a thrifted find, and you're ready for fall.

🚨RED HOT DEALS INCOMING🚨

Friday and Saturday, we’re taking 50% OFF at University, Meridianville, and Decatur!

So grab your thrift buddy and clear out the trunk!

Only 6.3% of people with a substance use disorder receive treatment.

That number represents millions of people who are still waiting for the opportunity to get help.

At His Way Recovery Center, men are given that opportunity. Through counseling, mentorship, community, faith, and the daily work of recovery, they’re learning how to build a different life.

So the next time you’re cleaning out a closet, replacing a piece of furniture, or looking for something new, stop by The Saving Way. Your donation or purchase can help support a man on his recovery journey.

Today, we’re celebrating Benjamin and an exciting next step in his journey!

Benjamin has been part of The Saving Way University team for almost a year. After graduating from high school with honors in May, he started working toward his welding degree at Drake State.

Now, all that hard work is paying off! Benjamin has accepted a new position with Polaris, where he’ll get to put his welding skills to work and take the next step in his career.

Congratulations, Benjamin! We’re so glad we got to be part of your journey!🎓

The pile of things you’ve been meaning to donate isn’t getting any smaller.

Good news: The Saving Way is ready for it!

Your donations help support His Way Recovery Center and give the things collecting dust at your house a new place to be loved and put to good use.

We’re proud to celebrate Ashley Gray, Manager of The Saving Way in Decatur!

Last month, Ashley was honored at a reception hosted by Birdie Thornton Center, an organization that helps individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment opportunities in our community. We’re grateful for our partnership with the Birdie Thornton Center and for the opportunity to have Sawyer and Neveah at The Saving Way.

Ashley plays such an important role in making sure everyone feels welcome, supported, and valued. We’re thankful for her leadership and all she does every day.

Congratulations, Ashley!
