New Series:

Satya, often translated as truthfulness, is more than simply telling the truth. It is the practice of seeing clearly—with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. In this Wholistic Movement class, we'll gently explore what our bodies, minds, and hearts are communicating in the present moment. Through accessible movement, mindful breath, and rest, we'll practice noticing what is true right now. Everyone is welcome, and every body can participate.

At Haven, we talk about real stuff—stress, anxiety, friendships, family, identity, hard seasons, and everything in between. It’s a peer-led group where you can share if you want, listen if you need, and know you’re not the only one feeling what you’re feeling.
