This LaVista kitchen overhaul is all about light, layout, and seamless prep space! We opened up the rear wall where the hood vent originally sat, recessed several 9” LVLs into the ceiling, and installed a brand-new window wall to flood the space with natural light.

We completely reconfigured the layout by relocating appliances and building a massive central peninsula to bridge the kitchen and living room—giving our clients ample room to prep, cook, and entertain.

🏡 Edgewood Bungalow Remodel | Atlanta, GA

For this bachelor’s charming bungalow in Atlanta’s Edgewood neighborhood, we remodeled the primary bedroom suite, bathroom, and laundry area, creating a more functional space while keeping the character of the home.

🚿 The primary bathroom remodel included a complete demo and rebuild, new plumbing and electrical, a space-saving pocket entry door, new tile flooring, shower tile, a state-of-the-art shower waterproofing system, new lighting, and a custom vanity. The green tile, terrazzo-inspired finishes, warm wood, and statement lighting give the finished bathroom a distinctive look without feeling out of place in a vintage Atlanta home.

🧺 The laundry closet remodel was all about making better use of limited space. We added custom cabinetry designed around the washer and dryer, a quartz countertop, and cabinetry extending all the way to the ceiling—providing everyday storage below and extra storage above for less frequently used items.
