We’re excited to welcome Volker Donabaum himself for a special Austrian tasting—pouring and sharing the wines that are closest to his heart.
Volker grew up among the vines in the Wachau, where his family has been making wine for over 200 years. After working harvests around the world, he founded Volker Wine Co. to champion producers he truly believes in—wines rooted in place, people, and a real sense of authenticity.
Expect fresh, lively Grüner Veltliner, juicy Zweigelt, and a lineup that ranges from crisp and mineral to bright, chillable, and just plain fun. We’ll be tasting through wines from standout producers like Claus Preisinger, Hager Matthias, and Christoph Heiss.
These are the kinds of wines made for warm weather—easygoing, energetic, and perfect for summer sipping.

We’re heading to Greece—think sun-soaked, seaside vibes and seriously delicious wines.

This lineup is all about the fresh, vibrant side of Greek wine, where ancient grapes meet a modern twist. Expect crisp, mineral-driven Assyrtiko, bright and easy rosé, a little sparkle, and some soulful reds built on Xinomavro, Kotsifali, and Syrah. These wines are zippy, savory, and just a little wild—in the best way.
Whether you already love Greek wine or are just getting into it, this is an easy, fun way to explore something new with Conner leading the way.

Join us for a little soireé with Amanda this Thursday as we take a trip through some of the most renowned growing regions of France—no passport required. We’re stepping things up for this one with a more elevated selection that really shows off how nuanced and compelling French wine can be. 

Though we are highlighting some absolute bangers, don’t expect the typical French line-up. Look out for some lesser-known grapes varieties like Jacquère, Aligoté, and Cinsault— these are wines that surprise you (in the best way). Get excited for some vibrant, textural pours, and beautifully balanced wine that highlight a side of France we don’t usually get to see. Though they might be new to you, these wines are fresh and lively, easygoing yet thoughtful— as we sip there will be plenty to talk about along the way.

Join us for a deep dive into the Cal-Ital Movement, where a new generation of winemakers is reimagining California wine through the lens of Italian varietals, old-world sensibility, and a strong commitment to sustainability. These wines are fresh, vibrant, and incredibly food-friendly—perfectly suited for spring sipping.

We’ll be featuring two of the movement’s standout producers: Idlewild Wines and Martha Stoumen, both known for crafting expressive, low-intervention wines that highlight lesser-known Italian grapes grown in California’s diverse terroirs.
Expect bright aromatics, zippy acidity, and playful blends that challenge what you think California wine “should” taste like.
