We have been working on some older projects. Built a heavy duty grill and light setup for a tractor. How it started and how it finished.

Been a little slow in the shop so we have been catching up on some old projects. Little chevy truck radiator fan shroud. Been a while since I've worked on some street rods. Sure was fun!

Did a rectangle to square transition 26"x12" to 15.5"x15.5" 6" tall. Wanted to show the steps it takes to make it come out to a finished product.

Custom copper chimney cap 48"x27"x9" deep. Over 90 copper rivets

Finished up a duct job in Hartselle. Fresh air intake to louvers to allow fresh are or inside air, then to filter housing, to 50" dia duct. Split for there to a 36" line and a 30" line. Total pulling 38,000 cfm. All built in house including filters.

Here is a new fitting we built Thursday in the shop. 26" dia on the big end to 3 13" dia outlets.

We are now able to roll .125 plate 60" wide. Next will be a press brake.
