RTS 2026 ✨
I went to Rock the South for one reason… to see bigxthaplug. I stayed for a good time, the music, and the full festival experience.
did an amazing job hosting Rock the South, and it was such a fun way to experience even more of what North Alabama has to offer. Visit North Alabama
And can we talk about this American Eagle men’s tee? Literally the easiest way to pull together an effortless festival look without trying too hard. I threw it on, added a few accessories, and call it a day. Cute and comfy all night!

It finally looks AND feels like fall, y’all!
And this year, I’m doing it differently. No more rushing through the season I love most. I’m slowing down and making time for the things that fill my cup.
Saying yes to porch mornings with a warm mug. Yes to pumpkin patches, bonfires, and long dinners with my favorite people. Yes to the cozy sweaters, the comfort food, and the fall drives with the windows cracked.
Prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. You deserve to actually enjoy your life, not just get through it.
So here’s your reminder: carve out the time. Call your girls. Light the candle. Eat the apple c***r donut. This season only comes around once a year, and so do these moments.

Okay y’all, we’re officially 4 shots in!
I’m taking this one week at a time and honestly… I’m feeling really good. I’m down a little more, my energy has been good, and I’m slowly starting to notice some positive changes. Nothing dramatic, but I’m reminding myself that this is a journey and I don’t need everything to happen overnight.
Next week means a dose increase, so I’m definitely curious to see what the next phase looks like. 👀

Athens, it’s almost fiddle time!
The Tennessee Valley Old Time Fiddlers Convention is back for year 59, Wednesday, Sept. 30 through Saturday, Oct. 3 on the Athens State University campus. If you’ve never been, picture this: jam sessions tucked under every tree, craft booths as far as you can see, festival food in hand, and live bluegrass every single night.
A few things to know before you go:
🎶 Wednesday night’s gospel concert is FREE
🎟️ $20 single day or $30 for a 3-day festival pass
🛍️ Around 150 handmade craft vendors (bring a tote, trust me)
💛 Every dollar supports scholarships for Athens State students

It’s 9 2 5 Day, so naturally I’m thinking about the queen herself!
I got to spend a little time at Dollywood earlier this year, and honestly… there was just something about Dolly. She was talented, hilarious, hardworking, genuinely relatable, and somehow managed to make the whole world feel a little more sparkly.
Dolly has always been that girl, and that’s exactly why she’ll be so deeply missed. 🦋
Forever grateful I got to experience a little piece of her magic at Dollywood Parks & Resorts.
