💚 A simple meal can bring comfort during a child’s hardest days.

For children experiencing homelessness, breakfast before school or dinner afterward isn’t always easy. Their families may have no kitchen, refrigerator or place to prepare a meal.

A breakfast bar, fruit cup or easy-open can of ravioli can help ease a child’s hunger and give their parent one less worry.

Our Generation Next Children’s Program needs the foods listed in this flyer to support homeless children and their families right here in Walton County. Single-serving, shelf-stable foods are especially helpful.

📍 Drop off at Matrix C.O.C.
37 State Hwy 83, DeFuniak Springs

🕘 Best drop-off times: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Need another time? Text 850-307-8100 to schedule.

Please let us know at drop-off that your donations are for the Generation Next Children’s Program.

Every donation helps a local child feel fed, cared for and supported. Please share! 💚

💚 Your time can make a difference for a homeless child in Walton County.

A meal, clean clothes and someone who cares can bring comfort to a child facing uncertainty. Our Generation Next program supports children in kindergarten through 12th grade, and we need volunteers to help with clothing, food and efforts to connect children and their families with safe housing.

Monday–Thursday | 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Help as much or as little as you can. Whether you have an hour occasionally or time each week, your help matters and reminds these children that their community cares.

Text “Children’s Program Volunteer” to 850-307-8100
to get involved. 💚
