Alpha's North Team recently unveiled their scarecrow at Center Gardens Scarecrow Row! Scarecrow Row is an annual fall attraction drawing visitors from all across Ohio.

🍂 This year, our theme is "Alpha Man; Breaking Barriers, Saving the Day!" Alpha Man is sharing our mission to nurture the unique strengths of the individuals we serve and raise awareness of the opportunities we help create through our programs and services.

Alpha's Delaware Integrated Adult Day members enjoyed a day at the Delaware County Fair, Delaware Ohio! From food to games, they soaked in all the fun! 🎡🍦

The Ohio Provider Resource Association (OPRA) held Advocacy Army Statehouse Day on September 29 at the Ohio Statehouse. Liz Owens-Detillion, CEO of The Alpha Group, attended the training which highlighted topics to be an effective advocate for Ohio's I/DD service system.

Tomorrow marks the start of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM)!

At The Alpha Group, we believe talent deserves the opportunity to be seen, supported, and encouraged. We are celebrating the value that people with disabilities bring to workplaces every day; from the skills they share to the dedication, perspective, and impact they bring to their teams.

Join us each Workforce Wednesday in October for NDEAM as we honor the workplaces and people who demonstrate what’s possible when everyone is given an opportunity to share their talents with the world.
